MEMBERSHIP

BECOME A MEMBER


Our funding comes primarily from annual membership fees and secondarily from donations.  We carefully monitor our spending needs for tools, supplies, and other material for our field projects.  These items are essential for sustaining our work and fulfilling our mission in the forests.

We sincerly appreciate having the funds generated from memberships and very much welcome new members to help fund our projects.

  • All membership levels include family members as well. 
  • If you join on or after October 1st, you can get membership for the remainder of the year plus the following year. 
  • Friends of Northern Arizona Forests is a non-profit organization in the sense of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Membership fees qualify as tax-deductible.

General Policy on Participation by Minor

Attendance at outdoor projects by minors under age 18 is permitted only if supervised by a current member, parent, legal guardian, or has been approved by an official representative of the Forest Service. 

This practice also applies to the general public whenever non-members are invited to participate in an activity coordinated by Friends of Northern Arizona Forests.
